It also has a bidirectional Voice service capable of communicating the user with an Attention Centre, Alarm Receiver, which can provide help and support in case of emergency.
Each position received in the Control Centre is analysed by KYROS generating eventsdata that give added value information – enriched position data- to coordinates:
- Is it within working hours?
- Has the maximum allowed speed been exceeded?
- Have you entered a prohibited area?
- Have you left a mandatory area?
- Have you moved in an unsupported time slot?
- Is there a device pool not allowed?
- Is the battery charge below the recommended threshold?
