Kyros MyChecking is a time clock App for field and lone workers based on personal- tracker and NFC tag. The APP is a location-based tool to control workers and vehicles check-in providing a single-touch-view of job’s time-sheet summary and crew geo-location.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Kyros MyChecking APP validates indoor or outdoor site clock-in by smartphones GPS pin. The APP automatically records the user’s role, users field check-in associating the working hours to pre-setup Jobs and working schedule.

ID WORKERS ROLE & CHECK-IN

Driver, Technician, Operator, Responsible.
GROUPED THE CREW
Associates the employees assigned to the same work or service in crews.
VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT CHECK-IN
Assign one or more vehicles or equipment to the job user role.

AUTOMATIC LOG

Records the clock-in and out, breaks of each user validating the events and user position.
NOTIFICATIONS

Buddy punching prevention by GPS and NFC card pin validation on indoor – outdoor workplace. Meaning, employees can only clock in with the app when they’re actually at work.

App also reports notifications for incidents as out-of- schedule check-in or wrong worker’s ID or roles check-in.

On Android terminals, it is possible to install the Kyros MyChecking software application for personnel signing management and control of working hours in real time.

From the Kyros MyChecking App, the user’s contactless NFC card is read and the identification, role, date, time, and position associated with the user’s card are recorded.

All the geo-tracking and check-in data is sent in real time to our Kyros web Portal to time-sheet summary and crew location by Job, worker role and mobile resource type -vehicle or personal- location

Which Jobs were assigned to the workers /Crew.
What roles does the workers use: Who is the driver, Who is in charge, Who are the operators.
At what time have the workers check-in (start and end).

Based on the information recorded by the MyCheking APP, Kyros receives and processes the data to generate activity reports and other useful data for client tools or applications that allow it to calculate Key performance Indicators (KPIs) such as CRM, ERP , or other administration and / or project management programs.
